No notification sound

Hello there, since many days now when i receive a new text message i see the popup notification BUT there is no sound.
I check the settings and "try" a sound, and i hear it normaly.
But for each new messages, from anybody, i don't have the sound...

there is my sound settings :

  Could you kindly check if the Rainbow application appears in the Windows Volume Mixer and ensure that its volume is turned up and not muted?
