Fragmented Screen while Starting Rainbow Desktop Application

We implemented RAINBOW on several PCs of our Support partner.

In the majority everything works well but on some PCs the start window of RAINBOW is still White or scrambled/fragmented. Is there any solution for it?

  Thanks for your feedback. Could you please give me more details? What do you mean by fragmented?
  Maybe a screenshot could help me to understand better your issue.
