improve use of @ in referencing people and to notify people that they have been referenced

When i type @ in a message, the following letters should be used to find an individual in the corporate directory. This should be similar to other services like yammer.

Additionally, if you've been referenced by someone typing an @ in a bubble you are a member of. You should get a notification.
