Dear Rainbow team,

Rainbow monitors the status of the extension but the telephone system doesn’t monitor the status of the Rainbow client.  Therefore, the user would receive a call, even though the user is busy on the Rainbow line and wouldn’t be signalled as occupied.

  excellent and interesting consideration, but it's more complicate.
  but the possibility of regulating a master entity, and ignoring the busy status (presentation) when You use a remote desktop link should be implemented. I think an incoming connection signaling the busy status of the rainbow identity to the PBX need permission rules on the firewall company policies.
