In Rainbow we need to have some group functions (hunting group / pickup group) such we have on OXE/OXE. 

The best way would be to have the hunting groups/ pick ups groups of OXE/OXE displayed in Rainbow. If this is not possible we should have a UC pickup supervision group as we have in OTMS.

  Thank you for your suggestion. Hunting Groups are not yet considered in Rainbow apps.

  This is really a must have.
  At least we need a workaround to reach the same we know from Hunting Groups / Group Supervision and call Pick-Up (OT).
