Hi All,

 

I have just started to use the Rainbow system. So far I have connected our OXE to the Alcatel servers. Also my Deskphone is connected. When I make a call from my deskphone, I see the busy status in the Rainbow client. Thats fine, but I am NOT seeing the busy status in the Rainbow client if I make a call from my mobile. I have the App installed on my iPhone. I am guessing it is not possible due to restrictions in the iPhone or?

Could someone clearify this?

  Currently there is no implementation that allows reporting when the native iPhone application is busy and there seems to be limitations in iOS that prevents such supervision.
