too aggressive setting of "DND" status

Rainbow has changed the way it deals with full size browser windows on Firefox and Chrome.

Both of these browsers have full screen options invoked by pressing F11. That is a full screen application and should be treated as such by Rainbow automatically setting the user status to DND.

Maximizing the window to full size using standard windows zoom box should NOT be treated as DND.

This was raised as a support issue but was closed due to "design intent".
