Push notifications and Audio/video calls not triggering when application not running.

Hi Team,

I'm working on Android platform with a Sandbox environment.

When the application is active I'm able to receive push notifications and calls perfect, but when I killed the application nothing works in the background.

Could you please provide the solution for this, And it will be better if you share any existing samples which work similar to Chatting Apps.

  please take look in the following documentation https://hub.openrainbow.com/#/documentation/doc/sdk/cli/tutorials/Managing_applications at the chapter: "Adding push notifications four your Andoird or iOS applications" this may helps you to receive the expected notifications when the applications is killed o in background.

  Thanks for the quick response.

  After following the documentation (https://hub.openrainbow.com/#/documentation/doc/sdk/cli/tutorials/Managing_applications) only I'm able to receive notification when the app is in an active state. 

  As you mentioned above  "this may help you to receive the expected notifications when the applications are killed in the background."  It wasn't.

   

  The solution is the Rainbow Live app When the user kills the application Rainbow app able to receive notifications and calls in the background and notifying to the user. I didn't find this functionality code in documentation to fulfill the requirement.

  We don't have any push notification registrated for your application on sandbox, could you check on your side:

  >rbw application pns <applicationid>

  I have checked in the console, It's showing FCM registered.

  Hi Vincent,

  I configured the push notification through CLI(Sandbox), but still not receiving the push notifications and calls when the application stopped.

  Here is the CLI screenshot.

  

  Kindly respond to this issue at the earliest.
