Specific Rights to See Presence of Company Members w/o Adding them to his Contacts

Dear Rainbow team,

could you please integrate this feature for admin to give some users in the company fully rights and see the presence of every user in the company.

Goal is to get this by one click and not through inviting every user.

  Hi Quentin,

  it's more about permissions.E.g. The boss of the company gets permissions to see automatically the presence of all the users in his company without adding them manually or add some departments or get them through azure or ldap and give every user in same department the permission to see each other without manual adding.

  Hi Quentin, apart from Mikail's remark, I also strongly support the idea you brought up by allowing an admin to simply click the people someone can see. This would be very important for any front office / back office structures, i. e. an admin can define that an agent in the front office can see the presence of back office experts he might need to answer questions.
