There is no way to call if number has a (+) symbol

Hello, we are faced with trouble if there is a (+) symbol in the phone number, Rainbow does not allow to call.

  We needed to enter a dialing rule in the Numbering Rules  of the Rainbow Companies/Equipment section. This needs to be programed by your Alcatel-Lucent partner. This is an example of what we programed to handle calls in Australia to remove the + symbol from the contact number.
