Blocking or Reporting Users
I think it should be a good idea to be able to "report" or "block" users if they send inappropriate material over the rainbow platform
maybe if the user being reported is part of a company the report would go to their Admin with a copy of the message in question?
Or at least to have to connect to a user who has to accept the connection to enable to send/receive files maybe

What is the result of this suggestion? I sometimes receive messages like this (pure spam), but there's nothing I can do to block them. This must be taken into account for rapid development to prevent cyberattacks via Rainbow.
This wouldn't be good publicity for Rainbow.

In the meantime:
- one way of getting rid of spam is to restrict the visibility of the company / the user

If you don’t remember exactly, you can read about the different options in the following article. Giving a user the ‘same as company’ right may be a good option if the company has restricted visibility.
- And please open a ticket with the spams you got, we can ban the users in the first place.
