users not shows up in search while trying to add in a channel but available in people
Respondidahi Team,
I am trying to add a user to my channel, he is searchable via the people option and not available while trying via Manage members tab, not able to invite him using the email id either.
the Rainbow version is 1.63 with windows 10 (64bit)
let me know anybody else observed and reported the same issue .

Hello Fegy,
By default, you can only invite users from your own company. However your company admin can give you the right to invite any Rainbow users to your channel.

thanks for the reply.
however, I would like to confirm that I am trying to add my colleague only (from my company). I was successful in adding the other users, but two users a not listed in the search, let me confirm that these users are already in my contact list and bubbles.
I was able to neither add them via search or via email invite.
my channel is private
33 users were added successfully in the channel from the same company by invite/search and add.
let me know if you need any further details to check on this.
