appSoundOutgoingCall does not play audio

Hello,

I am making a kiosk app running on an iPad (iOS 12) that makes a video call with a simple one-button operation.

The app is able to make a video call to another Rainbow agent on a Windows PC, an iphone and an android device. However the app does not play an audio file (mp3) that I set to appSoundOutgoingCall of rtcService.

I set this, rtcService.appSoundHangup = "tone_ringback_1.mp3" right before callingrtcService.beginNewOutgoingCall().

Am I missing something?

  Hi Hiro,

  Did you make a mistake with your post ? It should be:

  rtcService.appSoundOutgoingCall = "tone_ringback_1.mp3" instead of rtcService.appSoundHangup = "tone_ringback_1.mp3"

  If not, could you give me a complete logs file and the SDK version used ?

  The problem seems to be fixed with Rainbow SDK 1.65.0.

  Same problem happens again with SDK 1.71.0. I set a mp3 to appSoundOutgoingCall but nothing played while calling. I tested the mp3 itself for startCallKit and it is played while receiving a call, so the mp3 should not be a problem.
