The role of Administrator in Rainbow client - MyCompany
1 .why administrator in MyCompany and SubCompany can't be add/update/delete the mobilePhone
number in profile of users in Members ( or all values in profile ) ?
2. why administrator in MyCompany and SubCompany can't create Rainbow users in Members
by Add offer as in Business directory ? He can only import csv, Azure AD synchronization
and Invite procedure.
3. if the administrator in MyCompany and SubCompany must have min. 1 license Enterprise
as mandatory, after the point 1. and 2. must be available for management.
4. And last task about Business directory. It isn't management of Rainbow users
but only management of contacts. Business directory has management by Add offer and
import/export. It is very good part of Rainbow client.
Why the same isn't possible also in Members ?
5. The role of administrator must have complete management of values in all attributes of Rainbow
user include company, it is very logical.
The role administrator is safety by more conditions, password, license, enable of role administrator,
such why not possible management such very simple attribute as ex. mobile phone ?
These tasks are very sensitive issues for next integration Rainbow solution in Alcatel-Lucent
customers community.
