No sound in mobile when calling rainbow

If we configure rainbow as VOIP and somebody using a mobile phone calls to rainbow, the connection is established and the user in rainbow can hear the voice from mobile but the person with mobile cannot hear anything. 

This does not happen if I set up rainbow associated to a telephone, then it works on both sides.

Any clue ?

  I think I am experiencing this problem as well. 

  I'm also having problems with Rainbow on mobile not recognising my bluetooth headset - I tried to listen to a voicemail message but it played it to the speaker rather than my phone.
