The latest Rainbow UCaaS Customer Proposal document indicates that in order to integrate Rainbow to Microsoft Teams, one requires Two applications:

• A PowerApp within Teams
• A light desktop app for managing events and calls

Can you indicate where the PowerApp and the desktop app can be downloaded from and any installation procedure required to set this up please.

  (1) Activate Microsoft Teams connectors for a company and (2) add Microsoft Teams connector to an account are described in the following articles:

  dedicated to administrators. One can find there the link to download the connectors Power App.

  (2) https://support.openrainbow.com/hc/articles/360013028240

  for any users, provided that they got the right to use, this article provides the link where find the exec file.

  can we make the provisionning for all rainbow 'users ? i mean installing for all of them the plug in directely?
