Hello

When I want to use Rainbow in Teams I get this error message

"Disconnected. We'll keep trying to reconnect, or you can force reload now"

  Hello,
  The error you have indicated refers to the fact that the plugin cannot connect to the Rainbow server.

  Possibly, it is blocked on your PC or on your network (for example the firewall)...

   

  Did you try using Rainbow directly through the Chrome browser in your PC?

  Yes, I regularly use RAINBOW with Chrome to make my calls
