Jabra Engage 65 & Evolve 75 UC headsets no call control to start and to end call

Hello,

We try to use Jabra Evolve 75 and Engage 65 with Rainbow (V1.72.5) Desktop Windows but the hang up dosen't work. When we press the button nothing happen.

  Hi,

  I had the same issue (some month ago).

  It seems to be fixed with the last updates but only with the new interface.

  Do you use the new or old UI ?

  I don t think it's a normal behaviour (working only with new UI).

  You have to ask an admin to activate (at least for you) the new UI :

  

   

  Then In your parameters, you will be able to switch between the UIs
