There is no way to remove the incoming call alert or close it and it is sometimes necessary because it interrupts the user's work.

  Hi,

   

  You can set the user to "do not disturb" and check the box "ignore voip calls when not disturbed" inside the configuration telephony tab.

  Hi this works fine BUT not for PSTN calls via WEBRTC. We have a doctor's office with OXO that use "control deskphone" when in office and would like to suppress the toast to avoid to be disturbed on the PC. On remote/home office in VoiP PSTN they want this pop up. A config to toggle this would be nice.
