WEB API Telephony Module Function isDeskPhoneAvailable doesn't work as expected

Hello,

my understanding of the function isDeskPhoneAvailable is, that the value

is true if the users Deskphone is in service and false if the Deskphone in the

OXE is out of service.

Unfortunately the result is still true even when I put the device (IPDSP) out of service.

Is the function not working that way or is it a bug or is my code wrong?

Any help is welcome.

  have you tried using isTelephonyAvailable() method in your situation?

  Hi, yes. Doesn't work.

  Phone is put OOS with Prefix and values are:

  isTelephonyAvailable true
  isDeskPhoneAvailable true
  isVoIPAvailable true

  It's different when I unplug the phone AND reload the whole website:

  isTelephonyAvailable false
  isDeskPhoneAvailable true
  isVoIPAvailable true

  But it's not updated on an existing connection.

  And it's not working when the set is not unplugged but set oos via prefix.

  There is also an error:
