My company makes call to fixed lines. How do we add contacts for non Rainbow users.

  Hello Alex, for the time being the only way to find and use non-Rainbow users phone numbers is:
  - Your personnal Outlook contacts if you benefit from the Rainbow plugin (Enterprise subscription only)
  - The "Professionnal Directory" (administration Rainbow) where you can store as many contacts as you want with 3 line number each. In this case, these contacts are common to all your users.

  We may offer in 2021 a possibility to store non-Rainbow contacts with their phone lines, stay tuned !

  Hello,

  I think . It could be a good option to have a personnal contact adressbook for each users.

  Do you have any idea when you could set it ?
