Impossibility to connect to rainbow from my mobile.
Is it related with the incident running actually?

Hi,
I'm from Italy, some customer of us can't connect from Android app. After the login it seams connected but after 15s it appears a disconnect banner. From the log "Impossible to start xmpp connection: org.jivesoftware.smack.SmackException$NoResponseException: No response received within reply timeout. Timeout was 15000ms"
