User Experience on Conference
Lately there are many comparison between Rainbow and other competitors such as Cisco Webex, Teams. I just bring the End User Experience feedback
From End User experience the conference between other competitors is much better compare to Rainbow. This is not a great feedback.
They seems love on Cisco Webex, Teams, especially in Conferencing, Webex can be conference without having participants to mute themself. Webex seems like intelligent to know which participants sound should it take and doing a good noise cancellation. Meanwhile in Rainbow, the user, experience not very good noise cancellation and have to mute themself.
I believe if the user is not have any familiar with other platform, they will not make any comparison and we will receive a good feedback on Rainbow. But now they have many other platform options on what they can use.
We hope Rainbow can be a good competitor and silent all this comments on Rainbow.

We are working to enhance with each Rainbow release the user experience, soon you will see we are improving the conferencing Ux.
Regarding the fact the participants are automatically mute when entering in a Bubble conference, this is already a setting parameter when you are creating the bubble.
