Rainbow terminal server RDS server - logging folder not allowed

We are using rainbow windows app on windows terminal server 2019 (rdp).

rainbow version: 2.101.13

For another problem we want to save logfiles from Rainbow (settings>about rainbw > "open logs")

on a local computer, the log files are locateed here : C:\Users\***username***\AppData\Local\Temp\Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise\Rainbow\logs

But on our server we get a warning "not allowed".

when we try to locate that folder for a user, the folder under "Temp" > "Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise" doesn't exist also, looks like Rainbow app doesn't save his logs or is not allowed.

anybody with an idea how we need to change or solve this?
