We had already another community post about "Rainbow Room" but that post is getting a bit confusing with the bug/problem when you combine "Rainbow Room" with latest android 11 version.
We found that the original issue (= that we can't see any bubbles on the screen) is related to this:
"Members" > "Profiles" > "default profile of the company".
If you have there a (new) profile without "Use IP video in invidual or multi-party conversations", the problem is there. From the moment you change this, the bubbles came in on the TV (after restart)
In our company audio/video is by default disabled because every disk has a dedicated physical phone and a pc without audio/video.
But Rainbow Room is using also this "default profile" ?
How could we solve this or do we need to make default "all enabled" and manually change all our users to disable the IP audio/video in a new profile one by one? :(
under the "rainbow rooms" setting screen there is nothing related to profile or rights only for rainbow room
