What is this error related to? Our system was down until 11.15 today. We can now receive calls into the office but still getting this error on the mobile app for remote users. In the admin settings, we can see a connection error but no way to fix it. Nothing was reported elsewhere but our Partner reports other clients with the same issue. Located Brisbane Australia. I note there was an update yesterday.
Sorry for the late reply, but in a situation like this I suggest you contact your ALE reseller who can open a support ticket. However, I think your problem should be solved as we provided a fix on Monday, October 10 that solved a similar issue as you describe in this post.
