Zoho RCB issues
Hi,
I followed the guide but could not succed.
1/ The RCB URL is not the right one in the manual. After searching on other documents I tried https://zoho.openraibow.io with a partial success.
2/ The virtual phone is visible in Zoho and incoming call successfully search for records but it does not add a call record in zoho.
3/ On outgoing calls, when the communication is established, I see a blank rectangle in the bottom of the virtual phone. I cannot do any call action (hangover for example).
Can you help me please?
