Rainbow Android app trouble

Hello,

I hope I'm in the right place to ask this question.

One of my colleague, using a OnePlus phone, has troubles with the Rainbow app since yesterday.
When she calls or receive a call from someone, she can't hear anything nor the person calling can't her her.

All parameters in the app are corrects. In the phone settings, for Rainbow app, everything is ok too, the app can use the microphone and make calls etc...

I tried to uninstall the app, reboot the phone, reinstall. 
Also tried to cancel her account on Rainbow, recreate it, still nothing. 

I can't really understand where to investigate. I think it's the phone that create the issue.

Any help woulb be much appreciated.

  Hi Julien,

  I've checked our support ticket database but I can't find any similar issue. I would suggest that you contact your ALE Reseller who can open a Rainbow support ticket so that we can analyse further this issue.

  Hi 

  Did you test your connection from Rainbow?

  It's very helpfull for such issues

  you can't check also on the Rainbow dashboard the audio quality of the calls
