For some time now, the option to forward a call from the Rainbow app to a number in the PBX has disappeared. Is it possible to set the user to show a button to redirect a call in the dark, so that all numbers from the PBX are shown in the list?
Or is it possible to get around this problem in some other way?
I've checked in the Rainbow Database and you have no PBX configured in your company. You might first do this and then associate your phone to your Rainbow account.
If the issue you report is for a customer you manage then please open a ticket at Rainbow support.
