I got feedback from ALE that they are working on the Teams plugin and that is should become available by the end of this year.
REX stands for Remote Extension licenses in the OXE. You need a REX license if you want to use the Rainbow as softphone without an other device.
Yes, this is possible. This integration can be seen in the eDemo platform from ALE. Both Call and chat integration is possible.

When will the SSO be available? Not having the single sign on is the reason many users struggle to login into rainbow.
