How to add a Rainbow Room? [EN]

It is very easy to use the rainbow room. To facilitate your experience, keep in mind that the Rainbow Room behaves like a user. You add it, then by using it you will see that it has the same rights as the organizers. For example, the person using the remote will be able to start and end a conference and also manage the microphone and webcams.

Note: You must be an Organizer to add a Rainbow Room in your Bubble.

Steps to add a Rainbow Room

  • First step, you need to select a Bubble (with you as Organizer)
  • Then on the Right Panel, clic on “Add a Rainbow TV”
  • Now you can choose the closest equipped room and clic on apply. Raibow will considere the room as a participant of the bubble.

Steps to add a Rainbow Room on IOS

  1. On IOS, go first on the bubble icon, and on the sub tab, click on “My Bubble” to select one of your Bubble.
  2. Then, click on the top right corner and select “Bubbles Informations”

  1. You are now on “Detail de la Bulle” page. Click on the pencil on the top right corner and after that click on “Add Rainbow TV”.
  2. You can now choose your Rainbow Room and finally click on “Add”!

Steps to add a Rainbow Room on Androïd

  1. On Android, go first on the bubble icon, and select “my bubble” on the sub tab to select your Bubble.
  2. Then, click on the pencil.

  1. Select “Rainbow TV”.
  2. And finally, choose your Rainbow Room!
