No call screen available for call start from the Business Directory or PBX phonebook
Users starting a call from phonebook or business directory phone number could not find the drop button. Contacts coming from office365 or business directory were not handled properly in the conversation selection.
Phone number from the Business directory
Phone numbers were no longer offered in drop-down menu in the search result from Business Directory. The information has been restored.
No grid view available in a Web conference
During conferences, some users could not access to the grid view, only active speaker view was available. The mechanism of the different views has been improved.
Web Conference quality
While in Web Conference, some videos of attendees got stuck and could go greyed. Moreover, several unexpected cuts or videos stuck may disturb the calls. Optimizations have been made to stabilize even more the Web Conferences.
Get pictures preview in Conversations
It happened that pictures were not displayed in conversations. Preview is now always available.

Users could experience slower application response to each page change. The application's response to page switching has been improved.
Search member
Members of the same company couldn’t be found. It’s no more needed to add these members to one’s contact list to find them
Personal phone Configuration
The configured personal phone number was lost after every logout. This parameter is now taken into account on a permanently basis.
Missing icon
When in 3-party conference, users could be unable to close the popup window. It’s now displayed and users can close the window when necessary.
Search by first name
Depending on their location (roaster, pbx…), Rainbow users couldn’t be found by using the search by first name. The search by name function has been updated with the right parameters to render a result at every search.
Call popup when incoming WebRTC call
On some incoming calls, there were no pop up displayed in Microsoft Teams, so the user could hear the ringing but couldn’t answer. This is a restriction: webRTC calls are not supported with Teams. The ringing tone, that shouldn’t be heard, has been disabled for such calls.

Create new Company members.
You can now directly create a user instead of inviting him/her. This allows you to reduce the number of actions your members must perform before they can use Rainbow. This action was already available using mass provisioning.
Set a default licence default to new Company members.
You can now set a default license for members of your company. Each new member (invited or created) will immediately benefit from this license without you having to perform any further actions. Of course, you will still be able to assign another type of license to your members later on.
Renaming of Demo licences.
Rainbow demo licenses (e.g. Business or Enterprise) have been renamed "Custom" licenses. No need to worry, you don't have to do anything and nothing changes on the functional side.

Fixed an issue that made the video of your interlocutors freeze or turn gray during a Web Call or Web Conference.

This feature requires an Enterprise Licence.
You can add one or more Participants to a Web Call. This will create a Bubble and automatically start a Web Conference. The initial interlocutor will be automatically added to the Web Conference without interruption and will have the role of Organizer on the newly created Bubble.
Reply to your own messages.
You can reply to your own messages in a Conversation or in a Bubble. This allows you, for example, to resubmit a question.
Reply to messages incuding pictures, document etc.
When you reply to a message containing a file, a location, an image or a voice message, the item is displayed again in your reply.

This feature is available for the Owners and Organizers of a Bubble with a Business or Enterpriselicence.
You can schedule your next meeting directly from a bubble. Select the Bubble Members who should attend the meeting and then choose a time slot based on the availability of the group.
Once you have chosen a time slot, verify which member will or will not be able to attend the meeting before sending out invitations.
Make VoIP Phone Call with a Third-party Equipment.
This feature requires an Early Adopter Licence and an account associated with Third-Party Equipment that has a WebRTC Gateway.
