Rainbow don´t start over Proxy

hello, we have the problem that rainbow does not start with the use of a proxy. In the UTM we have set any exceptions in the rules without success. 

We have gone through the network requirements and there is no trace of the problem. 

Does anyone have experience with rainbow over proxy with DPI? 
Is it possible that Websocket Protocol is causing the problem?

When starting Rainbow we can't even get to the login screen. 

Whitelisted:
*openranbow.com/io
All Ip's of the servers
agent.openrainbow.com

Our UTM is from Securepoint.

  Using a proxy is not recommended with the Rainbow in communication with Webrtc.

  so we recommend you use the Rainbow services without a proxy.
