Call transfer button does not exists
During the call, call transfer button is not present, I only have a button for new call, and when I click on it we are only given the open to dial a number or extension, not to type the person’s name.

There is no direct transfer button, you must make a second call.
- The dial pad appears, but you can close it and enter a name on the search field then call him.
- When the second call is in progress, the first call is put on hold, but a transfer button appears on rainbow to transfer the call before the answer of this second call.
If you want a transfer button directly, you can ask ALE to get it available.
