Windows tray notification app for Rainbow Web Client

Today users who are using Web Rainbow client on Windows (and cannot use windows client due to e.g. lack of admin rights) cannot reliably track new message notifications. These notifications are briefly displayed via Web push popup messages, and disappear. This is bad for productivity
Proposal is to provide a small piece of code (app) that will install a windows tray icon. The Icon will keep track of notifications, displaying a counter for unread notifications and link to Rainbow Web client page.
Similar implementations can be found for e.g. Gmail, Yammer and other sites that utilize web push notification.

Dear Yuly,
This will be available once we will move to the progressive web app technology. Note that even if you miss the alerts notifications, you always see counters of new messages in the web app, per conversation, per user.
In the meantime, you can use the Desktop app, as the app can be installed now without admin rights.
