Possibility to set the visiblility of a user for search on/off - on a company member/user level
In some organizations they would like to have a flexibility to, on a member/user level, be able to decide if the user/member should be visibel in a search (outside company -even if company is public, and internal).
If you know the email address of the member/user and the user is not visible it should be possible to establish a connection link with the user if invited and put in your network.

Thanks for these suggestions.
currently, users with visibility 'Private' cannot be found beside their company (private or public). They are nevertheless visible inside it.
For your information, unfortunately, it's not planned today to play search by using an email address: outside your network, an e-mail address is considered as a private data.
So, finally, for better customer experience, the search function follows the same behavior for all kinds of search.
