RéponduNo transfer icon displays on an incoming call. How do you transfer it?

Hello Jill,
At present, there are no known problems with the lack of a transfer button. Please contact your ALE reseller and ask him to check the PBX and Rainbow configuration. If he finds no problem, he should open an ALE support ticket.
