Unable to call extension number from android device

Call to Extension number is routed to cellular call instead through rainbow app to our PBX.

No problems with iOS devices, only Android ones.

We are using Rainbow v1.130.2 on android phones with Enterprise plans. Our PBX is Alcatel Lucent OXO Connect R1.1.

 

Any help will be appreciated.

  We updated the GW and restarted PBX. That did the trick.

  OXO connect 1.1 is older version now latest release is 6.0. Please confirm if its is a typo error in the above comment?
