one of our customers got this message on his android:

Do you know the reason? What should be done to avoid this message?

  Hi Johannes,

  To be a little more precise, this message is displayed when the phone's storage space is almost used up. 

  So nothing to do with memory (RAM) usage or the Rainbow file storage capacity on the cloud.

  You should check your phone globally to uninstall unused applications or delete certain multimedia files (photos, videos) to gain storage space on your phone again.

  Hi Johannes,

  Good day to you.

  If the Rainbow application is consuming the memory in the Android device.

  Kindly clear the application cache in the Android device under "application settings".

  Rainbow application has a default storage space of 20gb with Enterprise License.
