Chinese notification option on Android

Hi,

I use Rainbow on my Nothing Phone (2) with Android 14. In the notoifications I have an option with a chinese caption (see attached image). DeepL translates it to "public cloud push". The option is also available on a colleagues older Samsung A71.

What does this mean and why is it not translated?

  After reinstalling rainbow the option is gone.
