Issue with Rainbow App Notifications Not Working

Hi everyone,

I have been using the Rainbow app on my Android device but I am not receiving any notifications for new messages or calls. I have checked my phone’s settings and notifications are enabled for the app. However, I still don’t get alerts unless I open the app manually.

I have already tried:

Restarting my phone
Clearing cache and app data
Reinstalling the app
Ensuring Do Not Disturb mode is off

Still.., the issue persists. Is there a specific setting in the app or on my phone that I might be missing; ?? Any help would be greatly appreciated !! I have also read this article https://support.openrainbow.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009910139-Missing-Android-notifications-ruby-on-rails but still some more help.
