Rainbow LDAP AD Connector, upper limit of contacts

is there an upper limit of contacts in the business directory that can be imported via the connector?We are trying to synchronize a large number of contacts, about 4000.
In the test run the number is recognized correctly, but the import fails with server response -1

Any Ideas?

  Hello,

  according to our feature list ( https://help.openrainbow.com/hc/en-us/articles/20572471983506 tab "Microsoft integration" / section "AD/LDAP connector")

  - The number of synchronized users is not limited
  - The number of shared contacts is the size of the business directory : around 50K entries.

  I suggest you then to open a ticket to our support: support@rainbow.com with all details (picture and report) and logs so that we can analyze what happens: server response -1 is not a valid value.
