Edit numbers in PSTN Audio conference meeting invite

Many of the local dial-in numbers included in the Audio Conference invite are irrelevant to most users, some that may be relevant (eg US) are missing and some are spelled in French (Vienne, Barcelone, Copenhague). 

We need a way to edit the list, to make it shorter and include only the numbers the organizers want to display.
