Group Supervision function for S4B Integration

Dear all, i would like to use an group-supervision function with the S4B Connector of Rainbow. This would be great because S4B is not delivering such feature, a visual window with all my colleagues in my team synched with presence and a pop up if one of this colleagues get an call. So i could also use enhanced PBX Features on Rainbow S4B integration. Thanks in advance.

  Hi Mikail,

  It is not intended to add a Group Supervision function in the Rainbow connector for S4B . However, and thanks to our CPaaS platform, you can propose such capability through an external module to your customers.
