secure bubble content for intended or acidental delete

Is there a way to secure a bubble with its content like files etc. archived or even before archiving to secure that nobody(intended, or by accident) could delete it and so you lose all information. This could be critical information about f.e. an ongoing project.

Isn’t there a way to have an overall master administrator as a secured solution for this?
