Having all the collaboration features is nice but most customers also need good CTI client functionality.
For example: set supervision, easy access to favorites, busy lamp field, see FWD status of contact, custom absence information (e.g. holiday), routing based on absence status, routing based on caller number, multidevice call control, etc.
Basically all the features we have on OpenTouch today and more :-)
Are these or at least some of these features on the roadmap?
