Integration with Avaya
We are Alcatel-Lucent partners in Portugal.
Some of our customers have OXO's running for Backoffice and Avaya for call center.
We've been approaching some customers and trying to "sell them" into Open Rainbow but some of them are questioning us if there is some sort of integration of Open Rainbow with their Avaya call centers (both Aura and IP Office).
Does anyone here know if there is a connector for Rainbow and Avaya? If so, could you please give us some help figuring out how that would work? Both technically and commercially?
