Skype FB plug-in -Forward problem

We have a couple of sites With Rainbow integration, one OXE rel 12.1 and one OXO Connect.

 

We use Skype plug-in to customers skype Client, and we can make Rainbow Calls, get phone log, but we cant forward the phone set from the plug-in/SkypeFB.

If I use Rainbow web Client, I can forward the phone, so integration from the pabx's is ok.

Any suggestion how to get this work?

  Hi Ketil,

  I've seen you're in touch with our support team for this issue. As they told you this problem is fixed and will be available with next Rainbow update (Solution 1.39.x) which is planed for this Sunday, let me know if the new version didn't solve your issue.

  Hi

   

  The update was installed this morning.

   

  It works from Skype FB Plug-in in the new patch, but we get a popup when we deactivate the forward

   

  (It say in english, Can't change forwarding alternatives for calls)

   

  Forward is deactivated, but get his popup every time.

  (We have Alcatel OXO Connect)
