can't access openrainbow

these last few days, I can not access api.openrainbow.com and its sandbox. is the rainbow server okay? because I'm developing an application with rainbow sdk and I hope rainbow sdk can be used as soon as possible. thanks for sdk

  The URL to use to connect to the sandbox is: sandbox.openrainbow.com

   

  To Ruben:

  Thanks for your help but your link https://support.openrainbow.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001735244-What-Is-The-FQDN-Fully-Qualified-Domain-Name- is for UCaaS, not CPaaS / hub.  I mean there are for Rainbow official clients
  And internally api.openrainbow.com is used for some services inside the SDK.

  To which FQDN/URL/server are you trying to connect (and fail) ?

  I strongly suggest your team to update very outdated pages from support.openrainbow.com, so it will help everyone who needs this type of info:

  In regard of dev community:

  • https://support.openrainbow.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001735244-What-Is-The-FQDN-Fully-Qualified-Domain-Name-

  Excluding api.openrainbow.com and including sandbox.openrainbow.com (and even web-sandbox.openrainbow.com)

  By the way, as the link I mentioned above is more complete, I also suggest, in regard of the overall Rainbow community:

  is the web-sandbox rainbow difficult to access via internet , just in my country? because I try to access web-sandbox rainbow via https://www.webpagetest.org/ and then I set its country access through america and everything is fine
