    Hi,

If you (your company) buys an Enterprise licence for Rainbow, you'll be able to connect your ALE Pbx to Rainbow and then use APIs to manage calls.

There is a working example using the SDK Web which allows to manage with APIs the calls (PBX):
    https://rainbow-cpaas.github.io/Rainbow-Web-SDK-Samples/SDKTelephonyAngularSample/

FYI, for this demo you'll need an official rainbow account with an existing company which has the right Licences and PBX configured.

About MS Access: I am sorry, I don't know which languages/SDK may be used within... VB ?
Existing APIs are described there: https://hub.openrainbow.com/#/documentation/doc/hub/rainbow-hub-at-a-glance

    Regards,
    Pascal

Thanks Ruben, some updates (I am CPaaS' side, not UCaaS' side)

For an end user, no Licence is needed.
But for attaching a PBX to a company you need a "BP", which may or not have a Licence.

And for "advanced" call, a Licence is needed !
